KPMG figures up
Rapid growth in corporate recovery services helped boost fee income at KPMG by 18% to £1,372m in 2001 the firm revealed today.
Insolvency and corporate turnaround work increased by 33% over the year, reflecting the state of the economy.
The firm also announced a 27% growth in its consulting services and 21% increase in audit and accounting revenues.
But it was not good news for partners, whose average earnings remained flat at £415,000.
