Gresham private equity calls in KPMG

Big Four firm to evaluate IT infrastructure group

KPMG corporate finance has been hired by private equity firm Gresham to
evaluate an IT company the private equity group is eyeing.

The Sunday Times reports that KPMG will carry out an evaluation of
the strategic options for 2e2, an IT infrastructure company that analysts have
valued at £140m.
