AIM FDs' salaries surge by 23%
Survey shows Alternative Investment Market finance bosses have seen their pay packets swell by almost a quarter this year
AIM FDs are raking in salaries almost 25% higher than last year, a new survey
has revealed.
The report, compiled by Growth Company Investor showed that the average
salary of an AIM finance chief was now £135,000 compared to £110,000 last year.
Leslie Copeland, editorial director at Growth Company Investor told
The Guardian: ‘With
record salaries and bonuses being offered to chief executives and board members,
businesses must ensure that they do not fall into the trap of guaranteed bonuses
whereby substandard performance is rewarded.’
