Two accountants join CryptoLogic board
Online casino company recruits David Gavagan and James Wallace to the board
CryptoLogic, the internet casino and gaming software company, has recruited
accountant David Gavagan as its chairman.
Gavagan, a fellow of the ICAI, joined the board as non-executive director in
June last year. He succeeds Robert Stikeman who has held the role for over six
years and will continue as non-exec.
‘I am honoured to succeed Robert Stikeman, who helped pioneer the internet
gaming industry and provided strong leadership as CryptoLogic’s chairman for the
past six years’ said Gavagan.
The gaming company also takes on James Wallace, a fellow of the ICAEW, who is
currently chairman of adhesive tape manufacturers Scapa Group. He is also a
non-exec at Manchester Airport Group and chairman of the audit committee at
National Computer Centre.
