Deards to step down from Alliance Trust FD role
Deards to step down as FD of Alliance Trust after six years in the job
David Deards is stepping down from his role as Alliance Trust PLC’s finance
director at the end of the month.
The search for his replacement is under way, and a further announcement will
be made as soon as this process has been completed, the FTSE 100 company said.
In a statement to the city, Lesley Knox, chairman of Alliance Trust PLC,
said:
‘I would like to thank David for his contribution to Alliance Trust over the
past six years. We wish him all the very best in his future career.’
