KPMG comes top in Budget predictions game

KPMG cleaned up in this year's Budget predictions, getting the most right answers to six possible changes announced by the chancellor.

Before the Budget, Big Five firms and five professional bodies were asked to say whether or not Gordon Brown would make certain changes.
