Iris Enterprise Software has launched a new CRM Suite that will work with its
Exchequer accounting and business software product.
In a bullish statement following the launch, product director Rob Steele said
the new suite was ‘significantly more sophisticated than those offered by most
other mid-market accounting software vendors’.
Steele said: ‘Most software authors have shied away from the task of
developing full Customer Relationship Management functionality, developing
limited surface level systems with ineffective contact manager modules.’
