New group FD for Photo-Me

Françoise Coutaz-Replan takes on the top finance role after 18 years at the company

Françoise Coutaz-Replan is the new group finance director of
Photo-Me.

The instant photo printer and childrens’ rides manufacturer named
Coutaz-Replan after serving for the company since 1991. She was previously FD
for Photo-Me France, and is also a former deputy financial controller for the
company in the UK.

She succeeds Jean-Luc Peurois, who died on 5 July having been group FD since
2000.

Hugo Swire, chairman, said: “I am delighted to welcome Françoise to the board
and congratulate her on her appointment. She will bring stability and continuity
to the group following the sad death of Jean Luc Peurois, her longstanding
predecessor.”
