Appointments at Nikko Principal Investments Limited.
Nikko Principal Investments Limited announced the appointment of two senior appointments. John Soden joins as managing director, post acquisition management. James Wilding, joins as principal post acquisition management and both were previously partners with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Soden became a partner with PwC in 1987 and was leader of the firm’s business regeneration group. He has 21 years of corporate restructuring experience and has undertaken many projects with multinationals. Wilding was a partner in PwC’s business regeneration group. He has more than 13 years corporate performance improvement and working with under performing businesses. Wilding has worked with businesses all over the world and has led major cases in Europe, Africa Asia and the Middle East.
