PwC's Sutton takes on top corporate finance role
Neil Sutton is the new head of corporate finance at PwC
Neil Sutton is the new UK head of corporate finance at
PricewaterhouseCoopers, taking over from Graeme Pike.
Sutton joined the firm in 1993, and most recently led its consumer sector;
doubling the team’s growth over a four-year period to £1.7bn in deals during
2005.
Significant advisory roles were taken during McLelland & Sons’ sale to
Lactalis, and advising on Deb/Swarfega’s £135m sale to Barclays Private Equity.
‘The corporate finance team at PricewaterhouseCoopers is really on a roll and
I look forward to developing our business in the coming months,’ said Sutton.
Pike will concentrate on his role as global head of corporate finance.
