Vantis chief invests £2m in new shares

Paul Jackson buys £2m worth of Vantis shares

Vantis chief executive Paul Jackson has spent £2m on new shares in the
company.

Jackson made his investment at yesterday’s mid-market closing price of 75.75p
per share, bringing his holding in the company to 14%.

Other directors and employees swapped their dividends for 385,000 new shares
at the same price, worth over £290,000.

Another 3.2 million shares will be admitted to trading on AIM, bringing the
total number of shares in the company to 56 million.

Vantis’ share price held this morning at 75.75p.
