Former KPMG man Iain Wright joins tax team at Birmingham-based accountants

Friend LLP have announced
the appointment of Iain Wright as tax director.
He moves from his post as M&A tax director at KPMG.
Wright has thirteen years of experience with KPMG, specialising in advising
Indian clients on inward investment to the UK.
He also advised numerous private companies, PLCs and private equity firms on
a wide range of tax matters, including mergers and acquisitions, due diligence,
company disposals, reorganisations and international expansion as well as their
everyday business activities.
