BSkyB has announced the appointment of Neil Chugani as head of corporate finance and treasury, reporting to Martin Stewart, chief financial officer. Chugani, who joined BSkyB in January 1998, was previously deputy head of corporate finance. Prior to joining Sky, he was at Price Waterhouse, where he qualified as a chartered accountant and subsequently worked in both the corporate finance and shareholder value consulting practices. Chugani, aged 31, replaces Roger Blundell who has been appointed finance director of interactive TV company Open.
