Mattar focuses on finance at Kier

Mattar drops company secretary role but retains finance director responsibilities

Deena Mattar, finance director of construction group Kier, will no longer
serve as company secretary at the building and civil engineering business.

The role is taken up by the group’s corporate counsel Matthew Barton, who
also retains his current position.

John Dodds, group chief executive, said: ‘I congratulate Matthew on his new
appointment as company secretary and look forward to working with him in his
additional role’.
