Interim FD Simon Poulton steps down after photo booth operator carries out another boardroom shake-up

Simon Poulton has parted company with Photo-Me barely a month after taking on
the job of interim FD.

His decision to step down came after the board of the world’s largest photo
booth operator waged a management clearout, which saw the company’s chairman and
two non-executive directors ousted.

The changes came after Photo-Me announced a profit warning in March.
