Sage buys Adaptus.

Sage Tetra has bought Adaptus Software Services for an undisclosed amount – its first buy-out since being acquired by Sage. The deal for the London-based mid-range market solutions provider has gone through in an attempt to boost Tetra’s mid-market presence. Sage Tetra managing director, Andy Gass, said: ‘Adaptus’s products integrate with our existing core products and cover solution areas such as telesales, EDI and warehouse management’.
