Accountancy Age award-winning FD moves from Ealing Council to Homes and Communities Agency
A number of local government finance directors have moved into new roles.
Ealing Council’s Richard Ennis, a public sector FD of the
year Accountancy Age award
winner, has joined the Homes and Communities Agency.
‘I am looking forward now to using my finance and local government experience
in new challenges at the HCA, for whom councils are such an integral delivery
partner,’ said Ennis.
He is replaced at Ealing by Ian O’Donnell, formerly Waltham Forest Council’s
director of finance.
‘I’m looking forward to helping address the challenges of the efficiency
agenda and economic downturn,’ said O’Donnell.
Waltham Forest is currently recruiting for an interim head of finance.
