Micro Focus has brought in Graham Norton as its group Financial Controller.
Norton, a former CFO for UK, US and EMEA at Cable & Wireless, has over 25
years of experience in the finance sector, which will further strengthen the
software giant’s financial management to support future growth, Micro Focus
said.
Over the past three years, Micro Focus has tripled in size through a
combination of organic and acquired revenue growth.
“We are delighted to welcome Graham to the team at Micro Focus,” said Nick
Bray Micro Focus CFO.
“Graham’s experience is very relevant as we further develop our financial
systems, processes, governance, risk management and control.
“He is a key addition to ensuring the company consolidates and strengthens
the firm foundations of financial discipline that Micro Focus has built to
date.”
