Deloitte moves to new Manchester office
Firm to move into Spinningfields development
Big Four firm Deloitte will move into new offices in Deansgate Manchester in
mid-December.
Deloitte will take up 67,000 sq ft of office space at Manchester’s new
state-of-the-art Spinningfields business district, which will also house the
offices of The Guardian Media Group, publisher of the Manchester Evening
News.
Deloitte’s senior partner Patrick Loftus, said: ‘Our north west team has
grown considerably in the last 12 months and we have a number of new recruits
across all practice areas, in addition to an increasing client portfolio.’
When finished Spinningfields will include offices along with 391 residential
apartments and 400,000 sq ft of leisure and retail space.
