KPMG Transaction Services has appointed Calum Chace as a director in its strategic and commercial intelligence unit, providing commercial due diligence services to listed companies and UK mid-market private equity houses. Chace has more than 10 years experience in the commercial due diligence market, having worked on deals with a combined value of over #1bn in a variety of sectors. He has a particular interest in internet issues, on which he has published two books entitled ‘Internet Start-up Bible’ and ‘Internet Consumer Bible.’
