The Royal Bank of Scotland has purchased Euro Sales Finance in a £68m deal. The cash offer has been confirmed by the OFT not to raise any competition issues and the deal has been completed. The invoice and factoring service provider for SMEs was formed in March 1995 and operates from 15 offices in the UK, six in France, four in Germany and one in Netherlands. Euro sales Finance will become part of The Royal Bank of Scotland’s existing invoice finance business.
