IFRS specialist moves to PeopleSoft

Geac international product manager and BASDA's IFRS specialist, John Sinclair, is set to move to software giant PeopleSoft, AccountancyAge.com can reveal.

Sinclair, ranked 15th in Accountancy Age’s Financial Power List 2004, takes up the role of marketing director, financials pillar, EMEA.

He will continue to deal with international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and other major accounting issues in his new position, which has a starting date of 1 April.
