Dr Nigel Wilson has started his new job as CFO of Legal & General today.
He replaces Andrew Palmer, who will retire from the insurance giant’s board
with immediate effect, but will remain with the company until the end of the
year to ensure an orderly handover,
Dr Wilson joins Legal & General from United Business Media, where he
served as Chief Financial Officer from 2001, and as deputy CEO since 2008.
