CFO resignation at Eurasian Natural Resources

Perry stands down as search begins for external replacement

The board of Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation has announced that Miguel
Perry, chief financial officer of the group, has given notice of his intention
resign.

Following two years in the role, Perry will formally step down from the post
on 30 June, 2009.

The board has signalled its intention to recruit an external replacement for
the CFO position, and expects an announcement to be made in the next few weeks.

Dr Johannes Sittard, CEO of the group, said: ‘I have had a great personal
relationship with Miguel and have valued his efforts towards ENRC’s IPO and its
successful transition to a public company.’
