0.5% NI contribution rise across the board from April 2011 above a £20,000 threshold
From 2011, National Insurance contributions will rise by 0.5% for all
employer, employee and self-employed rates but those paid less than £20,000 will
be spared.
The measure will generate £3bn a year, the Chancellor said.
