BT and Vodafone the big winners at ACCA's Sustainability Reporting Awards
BT has won a coveted ACCA award for the quality of reporting on
its
environmental impact.
BT won the top sustainability reporting award, at a ceremony held in the
British Library, for its efforts to outline key corporate social responsibility
risks, its transparency and overall strategy.
It was also praised for its efforts to outline the business case for CSR,
describe how key material issues are selected for reporting and include
stakeholder feedback in the form of a detailed statement from its stakeholder
panel.
Unilever was the runner-up for the main prize, while Vodafone was commended
for its disclosure on public policy, lobbying and taxation.
