Web conferencing services company PlaceWare, is set to launch an operations centre in the UK.
The company said the centre would allow it to expand coverage for its worldwide customer base.
PlaceWare is expanding its presence in Europe because it has seen a steady increase in demand for web conferencing services.
According to a report by IDC, spending in western Europe on web conferencing hosted by ASPs is expected to near #134m by 2004.
