E&Y set to benefit from FTSE 100 reshuffle
Big Four Firm close to two more FTSE 100 audits as Invensys tipped to join FTSE 100 with Ferrexpo at the expense of Alliance & Leicester and Persimmon
Ernst & Young is set to gain two more FTSE 100 audits when the quarterly
FTSE 100 reshuffle takes place later this month.
The changes are set to see Invensys enter the top flight four years after the
company pulled itself back from the brink of financial collapse and
Ukranian-based miner Ferrexpo is also set to be elevated into the top 100, the
FT said. Both companies are audited by Ernst & Young.
The inclusion of the two companies will come at the expense of Alliance
& Leicester,which has its books signed off by Deloitte and Persimmon,audited
by KPMG.
