Rodger Hughes joins Friends Provident's board
Former PricewaterhouseCoopers partner Rodger Hughes has joined Friends
Provident as a non-executive director.
Hughes spent 37 years at the firm, 25 as a partner, and led the firm’s
clients and markets division from 2002 to 2006, retiring in 2007.
He is a non-exec and audit committee chairman at Chime Communications and
Simmons & Simmons. Hughes is also a steering board member and audit
committee chairman at Companies House.
Lady Judge, Friends Provident’s deputy chair, has retired from its board.
