It is hoped Elateral’s market capitalisation will be around #90m following the listing.
The company will use the proceeds from the float to expand and develop its core business and expand internationally. The company also intends to further develop of its ActiBrand product and sales team.
Elateral develops software and internet services for the marketing industry, enabling clients to operate and update their marketing campaigns via the internet from a centralised location.
Chartered accountant Simon Burt, pictured above left, who qualified in 1993 with KPMG, joined Elateral as CFO in August 2000. Previously, he was group financial controller and CFO of Epic Group, which specialises in internet and intranet training solutions. Elateral’s customers include international companies such as BT, Compaq, Sage and Vauxhall. The company has offices in six countries and its products are currently available in five languages.
