Tenon appoints new FD
Listed consolidator Tenon has today announced the appointment of LogicaCMG's former UK group finance director to head its finances, heralding the end of its management shakeup.
Matthew Brabin, who was also CFO of Logica in North America prior to the company’s merger with CMG corporation in 2002, will take up his position on 8 September. Brabin also worked at KPMG Peat Marwick between 1987 and 1992.
Tenon chairman Neil Johnson said: ‘This appointment successfully completes the extensive review of our management structure.
‘Our stated objective of reducing fixed costs and focusing on improved efficiencies and performance by 30 June has been achieved. We are well placed and on track to benefit, operationally and financially, from these initiatives.’
Tenon announced a management overhaul in May, as the embattled consolidator attempted to reduce costs.
