Bentley Jennison strengthens advisory offering

Bentley Jennison has acquired Milton Keynes-based Forty-two Consulting in a bid to become a leading adviser in the region.

The acquisition comes just two weeks after announcing the strategic importance of Milton Keynes to the top 20 firm following the acquisition of bmf group.

Forty-two Consulting is a specialist transaction-based tax consultancy focusing on tax implications of company sales, mergers, partitions and corporate finance transactions.

Glyn Jones and Neal Watkins of Forty-two Consulting join Bentley Jennison as partner and director respectively.

Tony Stockdale, Bentley Jennison?s managing partner, said: ‘The acquisition is in line with our clear objective to become a leading adviser in Milton Keynes and nationally. To achieve this we must continue to differentiate ourselves from our competitors by broadening and improving the services we offer and focusing on our clients.’
