Deloitte
has been hired by British baker
Inter Link Foods to assist in an
ongoing strategic review.
The strategic review could see Inter Link go down the route of equity
fundraising, an option currently being considered.
The company, which recently saw its FD-in-waiting quit before even starting,
is currently in takeover talks with Irish food group,
McCambridge.
Inter Link report that progress in this venture had been restricted as no
agreement has yet been reached on the terms of a confidentiality agreement.
