Leading software giant Sage has acquired Bristol-based final accounts production software manufacturer Hartley International in a £2.55m deal.

Sage is aiming to strengthen its range of products and services currently on offer to accountants through its Professional Accountants Division.

Hartley International Ltd employs 25 people and is one of the UK’s major suppliers of final accounts production software to the accountancy profession with a user base of over 800 accountants.
