UK consolidator appoints new FD

Troubled accountancy consolidator Tenon has today (Friday) announced the appointment of its new finance director, to replace Jonathan Freedman, who resigned in March.

Andy Raynor will take on the role on a fulltime basis after assuming the responsibilities on a temporary basis since 28 March 2002. He has also joined the Tenon Group board of directors.

Chief executive Ian Buckley, said Raynor has a ‘wealth of experience in financial management’ adding that he looked forward to working with him.

Former FD Freedman, quit just days after the group announced disappointing results to the AIM stock market. He has yet to decide what role to take on next.
