Ceridian CFO promoted to second in command

Andy Botha appointed chief operating officer

-qualified accountant Andy Botha has been appointed chief operating officer
at outsourcing and HR company Ceridian.


Botha, 40, was previously the company’s chief finance officer.

Commenting on the appointment, Doug Sawers, Ceridian MD, said Botha’s
new challenges would be to ‘maintain and improve wherever possible the excellent
service our customers receive, and to facilitate business development and
growth’.

Botha joined Ceridian in April 2005 from
lastminute.com, where he was finance
director.
