Offer comes in for insolvency group Accuma
Listed insolvency group receives preliminary offer but says there is 'no certainty' where it will lead
Accuma, the listed insolvency firm, admitted that it had received an approach
for the business.
In statement yesterday the group said the approach was ‘very preliminary’ and
that ‘there was no certainty’ that they will lead to an offer.
Shares in the AIM-listed Accuma were priced at 26p per share in early
trading.
