Chantrey Vellacott acquires Birmingham firm

Birmingham firm merges with Chantrey Vellacott after 20 year relationship

Top 25 firm Chantrey Vellacott DFK
has brought Birmingham firm
Heathcote
& Coleman LLP
on board.

The two firms have worked together for 20 years, and the deal should give
Heathcote’s clients wider access to the areas of taxation and corporate finance
as a result of the merger.

Mark Lamb, head of business development for CVDFK, said: “We are looking
forward to developing the extensive range of services we can deliver to clients
in West Midlands.”

Suk Aulak of Heathcote & Coleman said: “I have known Chantrey Vellacott
for many years; they share our drive to provide practical solutions and have the
