The final installment of the long-running Arctic
Systems case will be heard at the House of Lords in June.
Centering on Geoff and Diana Jones’ battle against HM Revenue & Customs
over the use of tax planning of their wages and dividend to minimise their tax
bill, the case is scheduled to be heard through 5 and 7 June.
The battle between the parties has been running for more than two years.
