Parmalat applies for share listing
Parmalat's administrator Enrico Bondi says the food company has applied for a listing on an Italian exchange.
Collapsed food company Parmalat has submitted a relisting prospectus to the Italian stock market regulator Consob.
If Consob clears the prospectus submitted by administrator Enrico Bondi, Parmalat will be able list its shares on the Milan exchange in the summer.
According to The Times, Consob’s decision is expected at the end of the month.
