Andrew Dale Mullins will become snack firm
Zetar’s new FD as of 1
February, the company has announced.
Mullins started his career at KPMG before gaining commercial experience with
Mansell where he was FD of the principal operating company, Mansell Construction
Services, between 1995 and 2002 (prior to its acquisition by Balfour Beatty).
Until recently, Mullins, a fellow of the
ICAEW, held
the position of senior divisional FD with
Kier Group
and was responsible for overseeing a construction division with an annual
turnover of £1.1bn.
Zetar said in a statement to the stock exchange: ‘The role of finance
director, which was previously overseen by chief executive Ian Blackburn, has
been created as the Zetar Group continues to grow both organically and through
acquisitions.’
Blackburn added: ‘We are delighted that Dale is joining us as the Zetar Group
continues to grow. Having worked with Dale previously, he will bring with him a
strong background in overseeing and integrating acquisitions, as well as driving
growth, and I am pleased he is joining us at this exciting stage for the Group.’
