Ralph wins permanent CFO's role at nCipher

Interim FD George Ralph is given financial responsibility for encryption company on a long-term basis

George Ralph has won the CFO and company secretary role at nCipher on a
permanent basis, after filling in for seven months.

In a statement, the
leading
data protection company
said: ‘George Ralph is appointed CFO and company
secretary, having been appointed to those roles in a temporary capacity in May
2007’.

Ralph was most recently FD for the European businesses of electronic
component distributor Abacus.

Prior to this, he was group financial controller of Deltron Electronics
before it was acquired by Abacus.
