Following its acquisitions of reporting and performance evaluation providers such as MIS and Lasata, Systems Union will focus on selling its full range of products to clients, irrespective of whether they use Pegasus or SunSystems.

As part of the restructuring, SU has been reformed into four regions globally, but maintaining its global infrastructure.

‘The combination of the businesses whilst retaining separate product branding now provides a very powerful agenda for the Company’s short, medium and long-term future,’ said SU chief executive Paul Coleman.

The group has also issued a year-end trading update, with revenues up 33% compared with 2003 – to £104m.

Earnings per share are ‘in line with market expectations,’ said Coleman.
