Resolution appoints former HBOS CFO as probe continues
Former HBOS CFO takes up Resolution reins as FSA probe into the firm begins
A former HBOS finance director has taken temporary charge of insurance buyout
vehicle Resolution, after City regulator launched an investigation into its
chairman Clive Cowdery, CFO and two other directors.
Phil Hodkinson, who joined the board of Resolution in September, will chair a
committee for the company as it deals with the probe into the actions of the
board members between October 2007 and May 2008.
