PwC achieves speedy sale of marketing group

Marketing services group McIntyre & King has been sold two days after it went into administration.

Administrators Ian Green and Russell Cash of PricewaterhouseCoopers said the prompt sale of the company’s business and assets meant the transfer to the new owners would be ‘seamless’ and enable them provide continuity to its customers.

The Liverpool-based company employs about 450 full time staff and provides outsourced direct-marketing support services.
