Oil and gas company brings Alan Sinclair onto board of company today
Ascent Resources, the AIM-quoted oil and gas exploration and production
company, has appointed Alan Sinclair to the board as its new FD.
Sinclair has 28 years of experience in the oil and gas sector as a corporate
advisor, economist and analyst.
John Kenny, chairman of the board of Ascent said, ‘We are pleased to welcome
Alan to the board. He brings with him a wealth of experience within the oil and
gas industry, as well as the city, and we believe he is ideally qualified to aid
us in developing and enhancing the value of our portfolio of European oil and
gas projects.’
