Tomkins FD Lever joins iSOFT
Tomkins FD Ken Lever to head up iSOFT's audit committee
Tomkins finance director Ken Lever has joined healthcare software supplier
iSOFT as a non-executive director and chair of its audit committee.
Lever steps in following Sir Digby Jones’ decision to step down as a non
executive after five years with the company.

Digby and look forward to drawing on his extensive experience,’ said iSOFT CEO
Tim Whiston.
Lever has held the finance director role at Tomkins since November 1999, and
also serves as a non-exec at Vega Group.
