KPMG global consulting
KPMG Management Consulting has established a global practice to install enterprise resource planning systems from US developer JD Edwards. The practice will target firms with annual turnovers from #65m to #1bn, and establishes JDE on a similar footing to rival ERP vendors such as Oracle, SAP and PeopleSoft. KPMG managing partner for IT consultancy, Graham Oates, said the UK office already had 40 consultants dedicated to JD Edwards implementations, and it was probably the firm’s ‘fastest growing ERP area’.
