    Sage appoints new accountants' boss

    Greg Ford appointed MD of Sage's accountants division

    Sage has named a new boss for its accountants division.

    Greg Ford is the new MD of Sage’s accountants division, after previous
    incumbent Brendan Flattery moved to mid-market division MD following the
    decision by David Karlin to leave to pursue personal interests.

    Ford has spent 20 years in the software industry, previously serving as
    general manager of Sage payroll software business TAS. He also has experience in
    the accountants division as head of product management.

    He intends to develop ‘an innovative road map’ focused on increasing the ease
    of use of and integration between its accounting practitioner customers, their
    clients and third parties.
