Jane Marshall of law firm McCann FitzGerald has been elected president of the insolvency practitioners’ organisation, INSOL Europe, (formerly EIPA, the European Insolvency Practitioners Association). This is the first time an Irish person has been elected president of INSOL, which has a membership of over 800 insolvency practitioners in 36 countries.
